Tulsa Sports Commission holds volunteer training session in preparation for 2013 Bassmaster Classic Feb. 22-24

The Tulsa Sports Commission will welcome the 2013 Bassmaster Classic, presented by Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tulsa, to the Tulsa region Feb. 22-24 Preparations for the expected 100,000 attendee event continue to move forward, and the TSC hopes to engage the Tulsa community in volunteer opportunities available throughout the three days of the Super Bowl of bass fishing.

Various shifts and duties are available, and a training session will be held Wednesday, Feb. 13 at 6 p.m. Volunteers must be 18 or older. A uniform will be provided, which includes a hat and a t-shirt.
