Yes, I live in the beautiful metropolis of Bristow, USA
but I am originally from Dayton, Ohio...where amazingly...Lynn Hernandez and I both attended the Triumph/Molly Hatchet concert at Hara Arena in 1983...and I didn't meet Lynn until 2004 @ KMOD. Small freakin world.
I moved to Chicago that same year, '84, and became a huge Bears fan as they did the Superbowl Shuffle that next year. Wow, they haven't won a SuperBowl in 21 years. We are due! Daaaaaa Bears.
I moved to Bristow, OK in 2000 to move closer to extended family and start one of my own.
Now I can see the stars, the sunsets...the cows...and sit in my boxers on my deck with a beer...or six.
Before I moved here to OK, I really wanted to be on the best radio station in Tulsa...KMOD...and I wanted to do the afternoon show. Amazingly...that's what happened. Oh sure I do it for $2.69 an hour, and have to sell refurbished pagers on the black market just to buy a 16 ounce can of Natty Light for dinner, but I love it.
KMOD listeners are the best, most passionate listeners I've seen in my career. Nothing rocks like you all. Keep the Rock Brigade alive...from Phil and Brent to Lynn Hernandez, me and DC...the boss man.

KC's Son Destroys Big Toe!
On our trip to Los Angeles...my son Patrick was in the shower...when I (the thoughtful dad) closed the shower door tightly as to not have drippage on the floor.
The shower door was jammed...and when I opened it...it shattered! BOOM! Glass everywhere.
One of the scariest moments as my son was freaking out...and bleeding. It looked like something from American Horror Story.
The result? Little tiny cuts all over...and one nice gash in his big toe.
He is doing just fine and was still able to walk around Disneyland two days later!
But....gross right?
